The Board of Directors of Hy-Tech Engineers Limited met on September 18, 2026, and approved several key corporate updates, including the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the appointment of new internal and secretarial auditors, the acquisition of land in Satara, and the establishment of wholly-owned subsidiaries overseas.

The notice details the board’s approval to purchase approximately 6.5 acres of land at Jawale near Shirval, Taluka Khandala, Dist Satara, for a consideration not exceeding ₹6 crores to expand capacity for Instrumentation Project Engineering (IPE) stainless-steel operations. Additionally, the company approved setting up wholly-owned subsidiaries in Frankfurt, Germany, with initial funding up to EUR 25,000 (approx. ₹27 lakh) and in Delaware, USA, with funding up to USD 300,000 (approx. ₹286 lakh) to transition from a long-distance export model to a local supply and customer support model. Furthermore, Mr. H.R. Thakur was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, and M/s. AKMK & Associates was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
