Zodiac Energy Limited has announced the receipt of purchase orders from four different domestic entities situated in Gujarat for an aggregate capacity of 24,760 KWp to execute grid-interactive ground-mounted solar PV power plants under open access arrangements.

According to the regulatory disclosure, the orders entail the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of solar power systems spanning various capacities, including 9,640 KWp, 5,405 KWp, 5,405 KWp, and 4,310 KWp across four distinct purchase orders. These projects are scheduled for execution within a strict timeframe of six months from the date of receiving the advance, documents, or purchase order. Because the contracts are awarded by entities wherein promoters and promoter group members hold an interest, they fall under related party transactions, though they are executed strictly on an arm’s length basis. The specific names of the awarding entities have been kept confidential due to mutual understandings.

Zodiac Energy Limited operates as a prominent comprehensive energy solutions provider specializing in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of solar PV power systems, rooftop installations, and captive power plants.
