The aggregate cash consideration for the acquisition is USD 2,000,000. Target entity City Pro Group Inc. reported a turnover of USD 1,14,32,394.52 for the year ended June 30, 2025.
City Pro Group Inc., incorporated on July 14, 1995, is a New York-based provider of pediatric early intervention and school-based special education services, operating clinics across the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Long Island. It operates as a New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH)-approved Early Intervention Program (EIP) provider and a New York State Medicaid-enrolled provider delivering services under contracts with New York State, the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE), and Long Island school districts. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening and expanding the Group’s footprint in the United States within pediatric developmental, early intervention, and special education services.
