Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited has announced an intimation regarding the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary, Vector Asset Holdings Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Lloyds Global Resources FZCO. The target entity was incorporated on 11th September, 2026, in the Isle of Man with a share capital of USD 1.

The newly incorporated entity, Vector Asset Holdings Limited, operates within investment holding and financing activities. The acquisition is aimed at setting up an appropriate holding structure to handle the group’s international funding and investment activities, as well as facilitating ongoing funding arrangements with financial institutions. Since the company is newly formed and has not yet commenced business operations, financial statements and turnover details are currently not applicable. The 100% equity stake is acquired for a cash consideration of USD 1, with no related-party interests or governmental approvals required.

Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited is a prominent player in the metals and mining sector, specializing in iron ore mining, ore processing, value-added products like sponge iron and pellets, and power generation. In recent 2025 and 2026 developments, the company has heavily focused on scaling capacity, logistical efficiencies, and expanding its green energy and resource footprint, including entering agreements for renewable power generation.

For the financial year 2025-2026, Lloyds Metals and Energy reported stellar financial growth, achieving a consolidated full-year revenue of ₹17,310 Crores and a net profit of ₹3,680 Crores, driven by robust iron ore production and sales volumes. The company counts prominent institutional investors and corporate promoters among its stakeholders, steering its aggressive expansion and capital allocation model.
