BMW Ventures Limited has announced that it has successfully secured two purchase orders worth a total of Rs. 72,93,60,950/- (inclusive of all taxes) from Tata Projects Limited for the supply of TMT Steel FE-550D Grade meant for the 3X800MW USCTPP-ADANI Project.
The order awarded by domestic entity Tata Projects Limited features 100% advance payment terms with GST included, and the entire contract is slated for execution and delivery within 8 weeks from the date of the purchase order. The transaction is confirmed to be independent with no related party interests or promoter group affiliations involved.
BMW Ventures Limited operates as a diversified enterprise primarily engaged in the distribution and trading of long and flat steel products, tractor engines, spare parts, and the manufacturing of PVC pipes alongside pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and steel girder fabrication. Holding a robust regional distribution footprint across Bihar, the company maintains extensive dealer networks spanning multiple districts. In recent corporate milestones, the company successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO) in late 2025 to scale operations and optimize capital structures.
During the financial year 2025–2026, BMW Ventures posted a total revenue of Rs. 2,282.43 Crores, representing a year-on-year growth of 10.40%. The net profit for the same fiscal period stood at Rs. 37.48 Crores, marking a 14.20% increase compared to the previous year. The company counts prominent promoters such as Bijay Kumar Kishorepuria, Nitin Kishorepuria, and associated corporate entities among its foundational stakeholders.
