Virinchi Limited announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, following a board meeting held on February 04, 2026. On a standalone basis, the company reported a total income of Rs. 48.47 Crores for the quarter, representing an increase of 6.49% from the previous quarter’s Rs. 45.51 Crores and a substantial 20.55% growth compared to Rs. 40.21 Crores in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs. 8.38 Crores, showing a growth of 10.84% sequentially from Rs. 7.57 Crores and a remarkable 152.71% increase from Rs. 3.32 Crores year-on-year. The consolidated results for the quarter showed a total income of Rs. 77.23 Crores, which is a 24.91% increase from the previous quarter’s Rs. 61.83 Crores. Net profit after tax on a consolidated basis was Rs. 1.60 Crores, recovering from a loss of Rs. 13.67 Crores in the preceding quarter.
