Juniper Green Energy Limited has announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated August 14, 2026, from the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for a 230 MW contracted capacity Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock (FDRE-RTC) power project.
The project involves the construction, commissioning, and operations of a 230 MW FDRE RTC project connected to the Inter-State Transmission System in India. The SECI award carries a tariff of Rs. 5.26 per unit with a Scheduled Commissioning Date (SCOD) within 24 months from the effective date of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), which will remain in effect for a 25-year term from the commercial operations date.
Juniper Green Energy Limited is a prominent independent renewable power producer engaged in the development, construction, ownership, and operation of utility-scale solar, wind, wind-solar hybrid, and FDRE projects supported by battery energy storage systems. During 2025, the company expanded its footprint significantly through multiple strategic milestones, including signing a PPA with GUVNL for a 50 MW wind project in Gujarat and securing large-scale debt financing deals to support its ongoing clean energy portfolio expansion.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2025, Juniper Green Energy reported robust net sales/revenue of Rs. 174.47 Crores alongside a net profit of Rs. 43.32 Crores, reflecting stellar annual revenue growth. The company is backed by prominent institutional investors and operates under the primary sponsorship of the London-based AT Capital Group, founded by Arvind Tiku.
