Timken India Limited has officially announced its unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the third quarter of FY 2025-26, the company reported standalone revenue of ₹7,730 million, representing an 11.2% growth compared to ₹6,952 million in the previous quarter and a 12.3% increase from ₹6,881 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit for the current quarter stood at ₹895 million, reflecting a 12.0% increase from ₹799 million in the preceding quarter and a 16.2% rise compared to ₹770 million in the same period last year. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Michael Discenza as a Non-Executive Director, effective April 15, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
