The contract encompasses comprehensive scope for the design, manufacture, testing, installation, integration, and commissioning of the CCTV system for CA-234 Mumbai Metro Line 4 & 4A (Wadala – Kasarvadvali – Gaimukh) Project, alongside a 2-year Defect Liability Maintenance Period and a 5-year Comprehensive Maintenance Period.

The awarded work order is valued at Rs. 23,74,01,563/- (Rupees Twenty-Three Crore Seventy-Four Lakhs One Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Three Only), which is inclusive of 18% GST. The execution timeline for this Design & Build contract is specified as 67 weeks, alongside the designated maintenance periods. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity (L&T) and does not involve any related party transactions or promoter group interests.
