Juniper Green Energy Limited has submitted two regulatory intimations on September 11, 2026, regarding the commissioning of additional wind power capacities under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Paragraph 2: According to the first notice, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Juniper Green Spark Four Private Limited, successfully commissioned the complete 40 MW wind component of its 120 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project, pushing the total project capacity to 82.01 MWp out of a planned 152 MWp. The second notice details that the parent entity, Juniper Green Energy Limited, commissioned an additional 10 MW wind power capacity as part of its 150 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project, taking its operational total to 185 MWp out of a planned 190 MWp. The commissioning for both assets was witnessed and verified by officials from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL). Following these twin additions, the total operational capacity of Juniper Green Energy Limited and its subsidiaries reached ~2,689 MWp alongside ~500 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
Juniper Green Energy Limited operates as an independent power producer (IPP) specializing in utility-scale solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects across India. In 2025, the company made substantial strides toward its market expansion by converting into a public limited company and filing its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for a public listing. In its financial statements for FY 2024-25, Juniper Green Energy Limited recorded consolidated revenue from operations of ₹508.68 Crore compared to ₹569.78 Crore in the preceding fiscal year. Net profit after tax (PAT) for FY 2024-25 rose to ₹36.48 Crore from ₹40.06 Crore recorded in FY 2023-24. Moving into FY 2025-26, the company reported consolidated annual revenue of ₹546.74 Crore against ₹569.78 Crore in FY 2024-25, marking a decline of 4.04%.
