This preferential allotment was executed upon the exercise of conversion options attached to previously issued convertible warrants, specifically 1,00,00,000 warrants allotted on June 28, 2025, and 1,75,00,000 warrants allotted on June 26, 2025. The company received the remaining 75% balance consideration amounting to Rs. 9,71,43,750, bringing the paid-up equity share capital from Rs. 99,23,74,228 to Rs. 1,01,98,74,228.
