Manipal Health Enterprises Limited has announced that it signed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) on August 17, 2026, with Kindorama Healthcare Private Limited to acquire the entire operations and assets of the Kinder Women’s Hospital and Fertility Centre located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, for a total cash consideration of INR 130 Crores.

The completed transaction involves acquiring the complete business operations and 100-bed capacity of the Kinder Women’s Hospital and Fertility Centre, which was commissioned in 2022 and posted operational revenues of INR 20.75 Crores for the period ending March 31, 2026. The acquisition is expected to be finalized within 90 days of execution, subject to customary statutory and regulatory approvals related to the change of ownership.

Manipal Health Enterprises Limited operates as one of India’s preeminent multispecialty healthcare provider networks, delivering comprehensive care from outpatient and diagnostic services to quaternary care. The company has focused heavily on strategic growth and integration of major hospital networks, including its integration of AMRI hospitals and an expansion drive across metropolitan and tier-2 regions. Prominent institutional stakeholders backing the enterprise include Singapore-based sovereign wealth investor Temasek, alongside major financial institutions such as the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Morgan Stanley.

For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, the company recorded a total income of INR 10,520.52 Crores, reflecting a robust 26% increase compared to the previous fiscal year. Meanwhile, the Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at INR 916.52 Crores, marking a 15% decrease over the corresponding period from the previous year due to strategic scaling and operational expenditures.
