BEML Limited has announced the receipt of a new international order valued at $6.65 million from Mauritius for the supply of BE220G Hydraulic Excavators intended for deployment across key African markets.

The contract entails the delivery of hydraulic excavators to various regions including Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Côte d’Ivoire, with pilot deployment scheduled to begin in Sierra Leone. In addition to equipment supply, the order terms cover comprehensive warranty coverage, technical assistance, site-based service support, specialized operator training, spare parts, specialized tools, and complete maintenance documentation.

Headquartered in Bengaluru, BEML Limited is a premier Schedule A public sector undertaking operating under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The company operates primarily across three major business verticals: Defence & Aerospace, Mining & Construction, and Rail & Metro.
