Gyftr Limited announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside key board restructuring decisions including the appointment of additional non-executive directors Mr. Arvind Prabhakar and Ms. Puja Punj, and the resignation of non-executive non-independent directors Mr. Kapil Garg and Ms. Gunjan Jain. Total standalone income for the quarter stood at Rs. 16,276.94 lakhs, with a net profit of Rs. 364.67 lakhs. On a QoQ basis, standalone revenue from operations decreased by 48.29% from Rs. 30,035.88 lakhs in the previous quarter, while profit for the period increased by 32.57% from Rs. 275.08 lakhs. On a YoY basis, since operations and revenue classification changed following the surrender of its NBFC license in March 2026, revenue from operations was reported at Rs. 15,530.19 lakhs compared to nil in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, while net profit decreased by 22.45% from Rs. 470.23 lakhs.

Formerly known as LKP Finance Limited, Gyftr Limited formally completed its strategic pivot during fiscal year 2025-26 by discontinuing its Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) operations after its license cancellation was approved by the Reserve Bank of India effective March 20, 2026. The company has fully transitioned into the digital gift voucher, loyalty rewards, and e-commerce solutions business. During 2025, the Mufin Group acquired a majority stake in the company, steering its complete operational overhaul toward digital gifting and prepaid payment infrastructure.
