The fixed-bid domestic project commands a total consideration of Rs. 3,56,91,142.50 excluding GST, as disclosed under SEBI regulations. Executed via the company’s Mobility Business unit, the project has a stipulated completion timeline of three months. The awarding entity is not a related party, making the issue of arm’s length pricing inapplicable.

Headquartered in Nagpur, Ceinsys Tech Limited operates primarily in enterprise geospatial and engineering services, software sales, and power generation. During 2025, the company maintained robust execution momentum across its technological segments, strengthening its market footing through key technical mandates and operational efficiency. The firm demonstrated consistent strategic progress over the course of 2025, expanding its footprint in specialized engineering services.

For the quarter ending March 2025, Ceinsys Tech reported a net sales revenue of Rs. 138.14 Crores and a net profit after tax of Rs. 24.25 Crores. Notable institutional investors such as Rare CP Fund I LP and prominent promoter holdings associated with the Meghe family anchor the company’s equity structure alongside general public shareholding.
