This update represents an incremental order value of USD 85.86 million, which translates to approximately Rs. 819.94 Crores.

The amended purchase order is issued by an existing international customer whose name remains confidential due to proprietary obligations, and the execution time period is scheduled to be decided at a later date. This major development follows a series of robust operational updates reported by the firm through 2025 and mid-2026, highlighting strong continuity in international orders and burgeoning engagement across high-tech manufacturing segments. The transaction does not involve any related-party interactions with promoters or promoter groups, ensuring transparent compliance with regulatory norms.
