Crisil Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside approving a second interim dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share. On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 1,075.39 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, registering a sequential increase of 1.68% compared to Rs. 1,057.66 crores for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (QoQ), and a growth of 27.56% compared to Rs. 843.02 crores for the corresponding quarter of the previous year (YoY). The consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 216.46 crores, marking a decrease of 7.20% QoQ from Rs. 233.26 crores, but an increase of 26.16% YoY from Rs. 171.57 crores.
