The Board of Directors of Nakoda Group of Industries Limited, in their meeting held on July 14, 2026, officially approved the allotment of 52,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis. Each warrant was issued at a price of ₹28, in accordance with the special resolution passed by the company’s members during the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on May 13, 2026. This preferential issue follows the in-principle approvals received from both BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on June 30, 2026, to further strengthen the company’s capital structure.

Nakoda Group of Industries Limited is a Nagpur-based manufacturer and exporter specializing in a diverse range of food products, including candied and processed fruits, dehydrated fruits, and roasted or flavoured nuts and seeds. Throughout 2025 and into 2026, the company has actively expanded its footprint in the consumer goods segment. A significant highlight from this period was the successful launch of its energy and flavoured carbonated drinks line under the “NO CTRL” brand. This expansion was further bolstered by entering into a co-packing and manufacturing agreement with Rudransh Beverages Private Limited to produce and supply packaged drinking water, thereby diversifying its product portfolio beyond its traditional food processing roots.

In its recent financial performance for the quarter ended March 2026, the company demonstrated a notable recovery. Nakoda Group reported a revenue of ₹11.11 Crores, which reflects a 4.32% growth on a quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) basis, although it represents a decline of 20.53% when compared to the same period in the previous year (YoY). The company’s net profit showed a significant turnaround, jumping 111.43% QoQ to ₹0.74 Crores. Compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year, where the company recorded a net profit of ₹-2.44 Crores, the current performance marks a substantial improvement in profitability.
