In a significant administrative development, the Board of Directors of Auri Grow India Limited, in their meeting held on July 14, 2026, officially approved the discontinuation of the company’s corporate office located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, effective immediately. This decision, aimed at optimizing resources and enhancing operational efficiency, ensures that business operations continue without any interruption. Consequently, all statutory records, including books of accounts and registers previously maintained at the corporate office, will be transferred to and preserved at the company’s registered office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
Auri Grow India Limited, formerly known as Godha Cabcon & Insulation Limited, is an Indore-based company originally focused on manufacturing ACSR conductor wires and cables for the power transmission and distribution sectors. During 2025, the company executed a major strategic pivot, rebranding to emphasize its expansion into high-growth sectors including agriculture, agri-technology, and export-led operations. Recent corporate initiatives have included the launch of an AI-powered carbon credit agritech platform called “CarbonKrishi” and proposals for strategic collaborations in rice exports and hydroponics/aeroponics farming. Despite these transformative efforts, the company has faced recent challenges, including auditor resignations and volatility in its financial reporting throughout 2025 and into 2026.
