The Board of Directors of Raymond Limited, at its meeting held on May 5, 2026, has approved and recommended the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the company’s new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is slated for a period of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the ensuing 101st Annual General Meeting (AGM) through the 106th AGM. This transition follows the completion of the term of the current auditors, M/s Chaturvedi & Shah LLP.

Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP is a prominent member firm of the global PwC network and is primarily engaged in providing auditing and assurance services. Established in 1991 and converted into a limited liability partnership in 2014, the firm operates from its registered office in New Delhi with seventeen branch offices across India. As of December 31, 2025, the firm possesses over 125 Assurance Partners and holds a valid peer review certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Raymond’s refined business structure centers on high-growth engineering sectors. The company serves global B2B and B2C clients in regions including the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. Recent updates highlighted a significant expansion in its Aerospace & Defense vertical, which reported a 26% revenue growth for the full fiscal year 2026. Additionally, the company successfully completed the demerger of its real estate business effective May 1, 2025, to further streamline its operational focus.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, Raymond reported consolidated revenue from continuing operations of ₹60,291 lakhs and a net profit of ₹1,193 lakhs. The Precision Technology & Auto Components division contributed ₹44,216 lakhs to quarterly revenue, while the Aerospace & Defense segment added ₹11,940 lakhs. As of early 2026, the company’s promoter shareholding remains significant at 48.87%, with Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) holding approximately 9.75% and Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) holding 0.58%.
