The Board of Directors, meeting on April 30, 2026, approved the financial statements and recommended a significant dividend of Rs. 3.75 per equity share (375%) for the financial year. Additionally, the company strengthened its governance framework by appointing M/s. Mani & Co. as Cost Auditors and M/s. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as Internal Auditors for the 2026-27 fiscal year.
The company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 97,926 Lakhs for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, representing a 6.78% increase from the previous quarter and a 9.28% growth over the same quarter last year. Consolidated net profit after tax reached Rs. 14,803 Lakhs, reflecting a substantial 37.48% jump on a quarter-on-quarter basis and a 46.70% surge year-on-year.
