Bandhan Bank Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a significant surge in profitability. For the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2025-26, the bank recorded a total income of ₹6,199.13 Crores, representing a 1.25% increase from the previous quarter’s ₹6,122.25 Crores and a 1.07% rise from ₹6,133.48 Crores in the same quarter last year. Net profit for Q4 FY26 soared to ₹534.14 Crores, marking a dramatic 159.81% increase over the ₹205.59 Crores reported in Q3 FY26 and a 68.02% increase compared to ₹317.90 Crores in Q4 FY25. The Board of Directors also recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (15%) for the financial year.
