Cyient Limited has announced its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a consolidated revenue of ₹19,269 million for the quarter. The company’s board has approved a buyback of up to 64,00,000 equity shares at ₹1,125 per share, totaling ₹7,200 million, which represents 5.76% of its paid-up equity capital. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, revenue increased by 4.24% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from ₹18,485 million and by 0.93% year-on-year (YoY) from ₹19,092 million. Net profit for the period stood at ₹655 million, reflecting a decline of 32.61% QoQ from ₹972 million and a significant drop of 64.86% YoY from ₹1,864 million.

In strategic developments, Cyient entered into a definitive agreement in December 2025 to acquire a majority stake in Kinetic Technologies, a global power management and analog mixed-signal IC provider, for approximately ₹8,002 million. This acquisition was successfully completed on April 8, 2026.
