She is noted for having extensive knowledge in Company Law and Securities Law, which will support the company’s regulatory compliance under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Regulations. At the time of her appointment, she holds no shares in the company.

Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure Limited, incorporated in 1994, is a Non-Systematically Important Non-Deposit Taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). It serves as the financial arm of the Nagreeka Group, managing a diverse portfolio that includes investments in equity markets, mutual funds, real estate, and renewable energy. In late 2025, the company faced regulatory scrutiny when the exchange sought clarification regarding significant movement in its share price to safeguard investor interests.
