Vikran Engineering Limited has issued an official intimation regarding the outcomes of its Board Meeting held on April 16, 2026. The meeting, which concluded at 04:14 P.M., resulted in key leadership appointments and the formal acknowledgment of a regulatory penalty. These actions reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its internal governance and compliance frameworks.

Vikran Engineering Limited successfully launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in late August 2025, listing on the BSE and NSE on September 3, 2025. The issue, priced at ₹97 per share, was subscribed 23.59 times, reflecting strong investor interest in the infrastructure sector. Proceeds from the ₹772 crore IPO were primarily earmarked for funding working capital requirements to support its expanding project portfolio.

The Board has approved the appointment of RSM Astute Consulting Private Limited as the company’s Internal Auditor for a term effective from January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029. Additionally, Ms. Kajal Rakholiya and Ms. Preeti Deshmukh were appointed as Nodal Officer and Deputy Nodal Officer, respectively, to manage claims and coordination with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority. The Board also noted the payment of a ₹4,720 penalty to the National Stock Exchange for a brief two-day delay in filing the shareholding pattern, an inadvertent lapse that has since been addressed through improved monitoring mechanisms.

Headquartered in Thane, Vikran Engineering is a fast-growing EPC player specializing in power transmission, water infrastructure, and railway electrification. In late 2025, the company secured several massive contracts, including a ₹2,035.26 crore order for solar projects in Maharashtra and a ₹1,641.91 crore solar project. Other notable 2025 wins include a ₹459.20 crore solar EPC contract from NTPC and a ₹354.21 crore project in Maharashtra. These orders have significantly bolstered an order book that stood at ₹2,442.4 crore as of mid-2025.

For the financial year ending March 31, 2025, the company reported total income of ₹922.36 crore, a 16.5% increase from the previous year’s ₹791.44 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the same period rose to ₹77.82 crore. The company has attracted high-profile marquee investors, most notably Ashish Kacholia and Mukul Agrawal, both of whom took significant stakes during the pre-IPO rounds in 2024. Other anchor investors include Nippon India, Societe Generale, and various domestic mutual funds.
