Lodha Developers Limited (formerly Macrotech Developers Limited) has informed the stock exchanges about the outcome of its Board Meeting held on March 30, 2026. The Board has approved the appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP as the new Statutory Auditors of the company for a five-year term starting from the financial year 2026-27. This transition occurs as the current auditors, M/s MSKA & Associates LLP, are set to complete their second five-year term at the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting.
The formal notice specifies that the appointment of M/s Walker Chandiok & Co., LLP (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013) was recommended by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors. The new auditors will hold office from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting, pending final approval from the company’s shareholders. Established in 1935, Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP is a prominent firm registered with the ICAI and PCAOB, operating twenty offices across major Indian cities with eighty-seven partners.

The consolidated net profit for the same period stood at ₹956.90 Crores, marking a 21.33% growth from the previous quarter and a 1.32% increase compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company maintains a strong focus on mid-income and premium housing segments and is tracked by several top global institutional investors and analysts from firms such as Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Goldman Sachs.
