Xpro India Limited has officially announced significant operational milestones in a recent regulatory disclosure. The company informed the stock exchanges that its new dielectric film line at Barjora, West Bengal, was successfully commissioned on March 27, 2026, and is now fully operational. Additionally, the company provided an update on its international expansion, stating that the UAE project managed by its subsidiary, Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC, is progressing steadily. The management continues to monitor evolving regional conditions in the UAE to mitigate any potential impacts on the project’s timeline.
The commissioning of the Barjora unit is a key part of Xpro’s expansion strategy to cater to the growing demand for specialized electrical and industrial applications. As a market leader in the polymer processing industry, Xpro is India’s pioneering manufacturer of premium dielectric BOPP films, which are recognized globally for their quality and innovation. Throughout 2025 and early 2026, the company has focused on niche markets, particularly in the packaging and white goods sectors, while maintaining a strong manufacturing presence across West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Recent updates from 2025 also highlighted the company’s commitment to sustainability, including progress on solar energy supply to its Ranjangaon unit to reduce operational costs.
For the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, Xpro India Limited reported a total income of ₹110.42 crores. While this represented a marginal year-over-year (YoY) increase of 0.8% from ₹109.54 crores in Q3 FY2024-25, it was a 10.9% decline compared to the previous quarter’s (Q2 FY2025-26) revenue of ₹123.98 crores. The consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at ₹6.83 crores, reflecting a strong quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth of 37.4% despite an 8.6% decline from the ₹7.47 crores earned in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This improved quarterly profitability was largely driven by a 14.2% reduction in total expenses. Notable investors in the company include the famous investor Ashish Kacholia, who held a 3.91% stake as of December 2025.
