The Board of Directors of Genus Paper & Boards Limited, at their meeting on February 13, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a standalone revenue from operations of ₹220.70 Crores, representing a 9.03% decrease from the previous quarter’s ₹242.61 Crores but a 5.37% increase over the ₹209.45 Crores reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The standalone profit after tax for the current quarter stood at ₹2.13 Crores, which is a 52.67% decline compared to the ₹4.49 Crores earned in the preceding quarter. However, when compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year (₹1.57 Crores), the profit after tax showed a healthy growth of 35.67%.
