Alicon Castalloy Ltd has announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, during its board meeting held on February 13, 2026. The company reported a consolidated total income of ₹392.93 Crores for the quarter, representing a decline of 15.41% compared to the previous quarter (Q2 FY26) income of ₹464.52 Crores and a decrease of 3.16% compared to ₹405.75 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q3 FY25). The net profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹0.80 Crores, witnessing a sharp decline of 95.26% from the ₹16.89 Crores reported in Q2 FY26 and a 95.21% drop from the ₹16.70 Crores reported in Q3 FY25. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
