On February 10, 2026, STL Networks Limited (operating under the brand “Invenia”) announced that it had received a significant purchase order from the National Informatics Centre Services Incorporated (NICSI). This disclosure, made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, is a continuation of a prior update from February 3, 2026. The order focuses on the “Procurement of network equipment through NKN” (National Knowledge Network) and marks a major milestone for the company’s domestic operations.

The contract is valued at approximately INR 206.49 Crore (inclusive of taxes). It involves a fast-track implementation timeline of 12 weeks, followed by a comprehensive 5-year period for warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services. The company confirmed that the order was awarded through a transparent process (Reference: GEMC-511687786594913) and does not involve any related party transactions, maintaining strict arm’s length commercial terms.

STL Networks, which recently demerged from Sterlite Technologies Limited in early 2025, specializes in providing end-to-end digital infrastructure and IT services. Its business portfolio includes fiber network services, system integration, data center setup, and cybersecurity. In addition to the NICSI win, the company recently secured a ₹359 Crore data center contract from PowerGrid Teleservices. The company has also been active in the capital markets, successfully allotting ₹100 Crore in Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in January 2026 to fuel its growth initiatives.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), STL Networks reported a robust consolidated revenue growth of 16.5% year-on-year, reaching ₹335.14 Crore. On a sequential (QoQ) basis, revenue jumped by approximately 45.5%. While the company reported a consolidated net loss of ₹10.51 Crore, this was a massive improvement from the ₹169.8 Crore loss recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company’s shareholding pattern as of early 2026 shows that promoters, led by Twin Star Overseas Ltd (holding 42.92%), maintain a 44.16% stake. Notable institutional investors include Bandhan Value Fund and HDFC Large and Mid Cap Fund.
