Shriram Properties Limited has officially announced the acquisition of 100% equity shares in Shrivision Upscale Spaces Private Limited (“Upscale Spaces”). This strategic move, completed on February 9, 2026, results in Upscale Spaces becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The acquisition was executed through a cash consideration at a par value of ₹10 per share.

The notice details that Shrivision Upscale Spaces Private Limited, incorporated on December 13, 2022, is primarily engaged in the business of property development. The acquisition is categorized as being of a strategic nature and aligns with the business reasons of the listed entity. Despite being active for over three years, the acquired entity reported nil turnover for the past three financial years.

Shriram Properties is a prominent residential real estate developer in South India, focusing on mid-market and affordable housing segments. In 2025, the company aggressively expanded its footprint, signing a landmark Joint Development Agreement (JDA) in October for a ₹700 crore revenue potential project in Pune. Additionally, it secured multiple JDAs in Bengaluru, including a premium villament project on Bannerghatta Road with a Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding ₹350 crores.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26), the company reported a total income of ₹229.01 crores, marking a significant year-on-year growth of 47.7% compared to ₹155.10 crores in Q2 FY25. The Net Profit for the same period stood at ₹8.57 crores, a substantial turnaround from a loss of ₹0.79 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Notable institutional investors in the company as of December 2025 include Shriram Properties Holdings Private Limited, Aurum Platz Private Limited, and HDFC Asset Management Company.
