Swan Corp Limited (formerly known as Swan Energy Limited) announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the third quarter (Q3 FY26), the company reported a consolidated total income of ₹1,177.50 Crore, reflecting a marginal decline of 0.7% from the previous quarter’s ₹1,185.35 Crore and a significant year-on-year (YoY) decrease of 68.8% compared to ₹3,776.58 Crore in Q3 FY25. The consolidated net loss for the quarter stood at ₹1.18 Crore, a sharp reversal from the profit of ₹561.95 Crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, representing a YoY decline of over 100%. On a standalone basis, the company performed better with a revenue of ₹60.17 Crore, marking a 113.8% YoY increase, and a net profit of ₹2.22 Crore, up 41% from the previous year.
