Kridhan Infra Limited has officially informed the stock exchanges regarding a key change in its managerial personnel. In a meeting held on February 6, 2026, the Board of Directors, acting on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Ms. Dipti Jain as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective immediately. This administrative update is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The newly appointed Compliance Officer, Ms. Dipti Jain, brings a robust professional background to Kridhan Infra Limited. She is an Associate Company Secretary (ACS 73586) and a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with specialized expertise in corporate law, SEBI compliance, and taxation. Her previous professional experience includes roles at firms such as Sameer Kanchan & Associates and Rahul Murarka & Associates, where she managed secretarial audits and statutory filings. Additionally, she has experience monitoring SEBI LODR compliance at the Calcutta Stock Exchange.
Kridhan Infra Limited, incorporated in 2006, operates primarily in the business of trading iron, steel, and allied materials. Over the years, the company evolved from a steel products manufacturer into a niche foundation engineering firm with a presence in India and South East Asia. Its product offerings include “ready to use” steel, primarily re-bars used in major construction sectors like power plants, airports, and metros. In recent 2025 updates, the company saw significant corporate activity, including the allotment of warrants worth ₹11.50 Crores on a preferential basis to its promoter, Mr. Anil Dhanpat Agrawal, and the promoter group entity, Kridhan Petrochemicals Private Limited, on December 9, 2025.

The net profit for the September 2025 quarter stood at ₹0.26 Crores, a sharp decline of 78.9% from ₹1.23 Crores in the previous quarter and a 99.6% drop from the ₹67.29 Crores recorded in the corresponding quarter of 2024. The company’s promoter, Anil Dhanpat Agrawal, remains a significant stakeholder, having increased his total holding of equity and warrants to 28.49% following the December 2025 allotment.
