Nath Bio-Genes (India) Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, during a board meeting on January 31, 2026. On a standalone basis, the company reported a significant 78.89% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue from operations, reaching ₹65.96 Crores. Standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) surged by 172.35% YoY to ₹7.23 Crores, aided by a jump in other income and exceptional items. However, the consolidated performance showed a divergence; while revenue grew at a similar pace of 78.88% YoY to ₹65.96 Crores, consolidated PAT declined by 39.45% YoY to ₹1.60 Crores. Sequentially, compared to Q2 FY26, standalone revenue rose by 43.46% while standalone profit grew by 72.14%. On a consolidated basis, revenue increased by 50.41% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), but profit dropped by 66.80%.
