Bajaj Auto Limited (“the Company”) has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 30 January 2026, approved an additional investment of up to ₹12 Crores in the equity share capital of Clean Max Godavari Private Limited (CMGPL). This investment is intended for the Open Access Group Captive solar power project to satisfy renewable energy requirements for the Company’s plants in Maharashtra. Following this phased investment over the next 12 months, Bajaj Auto will maintain its 26% equity stake in CMGPL.

In the third quarter of FY26 (Q3 FY26), Bajaj Auto reported a standalone revenue of ₹15,220 Crores, representing a 19% year-on-year (YoY) increase from ₹12,807 Crores in Q3 FY25. Sequentially, the revenue grew by 2% from ₹14,922 Crores in Q2 FY26. The Standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹2,503 Crores, a 19% YoY growth compared to ₹2,109 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, the profit edged up marginally by approximately 1% from ₹2,480 Crores in the September quarter.
