Control Print Limited announced its un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, during its board meeting on January 29, 2026. The company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,121.7 million for Q3 FY26, representing an 8.37% increase compared to ₹1,035.1 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (YoY). On a sequential basis, revenue saw a marginal decline of 0.70% from ₹1,129.6 million in Q2 FY26. The net profit for the quarter stood at ₹153.2 million, reflecting an 85.25% growth over the ₹82.7 million reported in Q3 FY25. However, the profit decreased by 17.59% from the ₹185.9 million achieved in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26). The board also declared an interim dividend of ₹4/- per equity share (40%) on the face value of ₹10/- each for the financial year 2025-26.
