Apollo Pipes Limited is a prominent Indian manufacturer of piping solutions, specializing in cPVC, uPVC, and HDPE pipes, alongside bathroom fixtures and water storage tanks. Despite the recent quarterly loss, the company remained focused on expansion throughout 2025, progressing with its new manufacturing plant in Mirzapur, which is slated to begin production by the end of FY2025. Earlier in July 2025, the firm diversified its portfolio by launching a uPVC Doors & Windows segment with a capacity of 4,000 tons per annum. Strategically, the company also increased its stake in subsidiary Kisan Mouldings Limited to 58.60% in June 2025 to strengthen its market presence in Western India. On the investment front, 2025 saw significant interest from institutional players; Kitara Capital committed an investment of ₹110 Crores in January 2025, while renowned investor Ashish Kacholia has been known to hold a stake in the company. Recent brokerage reports from 2025, such as those from Choice Institutional Equities, maintained a “Buy” rating on the stock, citing long-term growth visibility despite the immediate competitive intensity and market share challenges observed late in the year.
