In 2025, the company reported its highest-ever annual revenue and production milestones across segments like aluminium and zinc. The company has been focusing on operational efficiencies, cost reduction, and executing a major corporate demerger to split into independent sector-specific entities.

For the financial year 2025, Vedanta recorded consolidated annual revenue of $17.8 billion (up 8% year-on-year) and an annual profit after tax of $2.4 billion (up 167% year-on-year). Prominent leadership and key stakeholders steering the group include Chairman Anil Agarwal.
