The transaction constitutes a related party transaction executed at arm’s length, requiring no specific government or statutory approvals outside of standard compliance under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. Mom’s Belief US Inc., incorporated on April 4, 2025, operates in the healthcare sector focusing on the medical discipline of allergy and immunology for immune system disorders and allergic conditions. For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, the US subsidiary recorded a turnover of USD 38,25,615 with a paid-up capital of USD 100. The investment leverages the target entity’s existing infrastructure to explore expanded specialized healthcare service delivery.
Rays of Belief Limited (operating under the Mom’s Belief brand) functions as a prominent for-profit social enterprise delivering customized intervention programs and therapy for children with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Down Syndrome.
