The board considered and approved the financial statements, reports, and governance disclosures for the year ended March 31, 2026, alongside appointing M/s Maulin Shah & Associates as the Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026–27. Key proposals heading to the upcoming 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 18, 2026, include increasing the authorized share capital from Rs. 91,00,00,000 to Rs. 151,00,00,000, altering the Memorandum of Association, and enhancing borrowing, loan, guarantee, and investment limits under sections 180 and 186 of the Companies Act. Furthermore, the board approved converting loans from directors and promoters into equity shares, appointed Mr. Hemant Jayantilal Dave as an Independent Director for a five-year term, and formally adopted a new company logo.
