Advait Energy Transitions Limited has announced via a regulatory filing that its material subsidiary, Advait Greenergy Private Limited, has bagged a significant turnkey contract for EPC work for a 200 MW solar ground-mounted HSAT 33 KV project at Bikaner, Rajasthan. The order has been awarded by KPI Green Energy Limited in the normal course of business.
The contract entails complete design, supplies, services, testing, and commissioning of the solar project. The broad consideration or size of the contract stands at Rs 116 Crores (excluding taxes), with an execution timeframe scheduled within 12 months. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Advait Energy Transitions Limited, established in 2009 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is a prominent player specializing in power transmission, distribution, substations, and telecommunication infrastructure. In recent years, the company has diversified into new and renewable energy initiatives, including green hydrogen, battery energy storage systems, and utility-scale solar integration. In early 2025, the company expanded its international footprint and clean-tech capabilities through strategic investments in green hydrogen plants and clean-energy partnerships.
For the latest reported financial quarter (Q4 FY2025-26), the company demonstrated strong performance with total income reaching Rs 231.40 Crores, reflecting a sequential revenue increase of 7.3% and a year-on-year growth of 16.6% compared to Q4FY25. Profit after tax for the same quarter stood at Rs 19.08 Crores, marking a 9.7% quarter-on-quarter increase and a substantial 48.1% surge year-on-year. Earnings per share (EPS) for Q4FY26 was reported at Rs 16.13.
