C & C Constructions Limited is an infrastructure development company originally incorporated in July 1996, specializing in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts encompassing highways, roads, bridges, flyovers, and urban infrastructure projects. The company faced severe financial distress leading to a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) admitted by the NCLT in February 2019, followed by an order for liquidation in October 2022. Subsequently, the company was acquired as a going concern by M/s R K Constructions via a sale certificate dated December 27, 2024. Although control has shifted to the new promoters, the formal closure of the liquidation process before the NCLT remains pending, and current financial statements continue to be prepared based on limited preliminary records inherited from the erstwhile liquidator.
