Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited has announced that its Board of Directors, during a meeting held on August 4, 2026, approved the execution of a Room Block & Services Licence Agreement with Mr. Anil Saklani, the owner of Ajna Resorts located in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. The partnership aims to establish and operate an integrated wellness centre within the resort premises, marking a key milestone in expanding the company’s footprint in the wellness hospitality sector.

Under the terms of the agreement, Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited will acquire licence rights to establish, manage, and operate a comprehensive wellness centre featuring thirty luxury guest rooms, five consultation and treatment rooms, exclusive operational rights over five spa treatment rooms, a proportionate common spa area, and a dedicated retail space. The licensed wellness centre is expected to commence operations within sixty days from the effective date, subject to fulfilling commercial readiness requirements. The company will pay a total licence fee of ₹7.66 Crores plus applicable taxes for an initial licence term of eleven months, financed entirely through internal accruals without involving any capital expenditure for property acquisition.
