The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited announced its unaudrypted consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, alongside declaring an interim dividend of Rs. 14.40 per equity share. On a consolidated basis, the company reported robust revenue from operations of Rs. 2,005.36 crores, reflecting a strong sequential increase of 32.68% compared to Rs. 1,511.40 crores in the previous quarter (Q4 FY26), and a significant year-on-year growth of 66.91% from Rs. 1,201.47 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY26). Consolidated Net Profit for the period surged impressively to Rs. 1,308.84 crores, representing a sequential growth of 25.36% compared to Rs. 1,044.09 crores in the preceding quarter, and an extraordinary year-on-year growth of 159.43% compared to Rs. 504.50 crores in the corresponding quarter last year. Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,553.88 crores, marking a 49.30% increase QoQ and 93.61% increase YoY, while standalone net profit reached Rs. 1,157.17 crores, up 35.35% QoQ and 197.89% YoY.
