Additionally, the Board noted operational rationalization at its subsidiary, Apollo Metalex Limited, involving the phased consolidation of production from its A-25 manufacturing unit at Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh, to other facilities, alongside the eventual disposal of the underlying land and building to optimize manufacturing efficiency. For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company reported consolidated Revenue from Operations of ₹5,606.71 Crores, reflecting an increase of ₹436.94 Crores or 8.45% YoY compared to ₹5,169.77 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY26). However, on a sequential basis, revenue declined by ₹662.45 Crores or 10.57% QoQ from ₹6,269.16 Crores recorded in the previous quarter (Q4 FY26). Consolidated Net Profit (Profit After Tax) for Q1 FY27 came in at ₹263.11 Crores, representing a YoY rise of ₹25.94 Crores or 10.94% against ₹237.17 Crores in Q1 FY26, while dropping by ₹91.24 Crores or 25.75% QoQ from ₹354.35 Crores achieved in Q4 FY26.
