• Vedanta Oil and Gas Limited announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, following its recent corporate demerger structure. On a consolidated basis, the company reported total revenue from operations of ₹2,507 crore for Q1 FY27, compared to ₹2,588 crore in the previous quarter (Q4 FY26) and ₹2,311 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY26). The net loss after tax from continuing operations stood at ₹152 crore, compared to a net loss of ₹260 crore in the preceding quarter and a net loss of ₹15 crore in the year-ago period.
