Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited (TMB) announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 27, 2026, wherein the Board reviewed and approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The bank delivered strong financial performance, reporting a total income of ₹1,900.79 Crores for Q1 FY27, representing a Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) increase of ₹108.65 Crores (+6.06%) compared to ₹1,792.14 Crores recorded in Q4 FY26, and a Year-on-Year (YoY) increase of ₹283.32 Crores (+17.52%) from ₹1,617.47 Crores in Q1 FY26. On the profitability front, the bank posted a net profit after tax of ₹411.51 Crores for the current quarter, registering a QoQ expansion of ₹37.86 Crores (+10.13%) from ₹373.65 Crores in Q4 FY26 and a substantial YoY growth of ₹106.62 Crores (+34.97%) compared to ₹304.89 Crores earned in Q1 FY26.
