In its Board of Directors meeting held on July 27, 2026, Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), and recommended an increase in authorized share capital from ₹750 crore to ₹1,000 crore, subject to shareholder approval. For Q1 FY27, BEL reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹5,533.06 crore, achieving a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 25.27% compared to ₹4,416.83 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q1 FY26), while reflecting a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) decline of 45.63% against ₹10,177.17 crore recorded in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY26). Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹1,048.33 crore, marking an 8.17% YoY increase over ₹969.13 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 52.42% QoQ decrease from ₹2,203.16 crore in Q4 FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached ₹1,402.83 crore, representing an 8.81% YoY increase compared to ₹1,289.24 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 51.69% QoQ decline from ₹2,903.82 crore in Q4 FY26.
