Container Corporation of India Limited announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the declaration of an interim dividend of 32% amounting to Rs. 1.60 per equity share. On a standalone basis, the company posted a revenue from operations of Rs. 2,154.04 crores and a net profit of Rs. 277.65 crores for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27. Sequentially, standalone revenue decreased by 4.56% from Rs. 2,256.84 crores in the previous quarter (ended March 31, 2026), while it increased by 0.21% year-on-year compared to Rs. 2,149.53 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Standalone net profit rose by 7.74% sequentially from Rs. 257.71 crores and increased by 7.52% year-on-year from Rs. 258.23 crores. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations stood at Rs. 2,159.76 crores with a net profit of Rs. 268.90 crores, reflecting a sequential revenue decline of 4.57% from Rs. 2,263.30 crores and a year-on-year growth of 0.28% from Rs. 2,153.63 crores, while consolidated net profit changed by 0.61% sequentially from Rs. 267.28 crores and by 2.05% year-on-year from Rs. 263.50 crores.
