Year-on-Year (YoY), revenue increased by 21.84% (an increase of ₹100.40 Crores) relative to ₹459.76 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year ended 30th June, 2025. Net profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹38.61 Crores, demonstrating a 22.57% QoQ surge (up by ₹7.11 Crores) from ₹31.50 Crores in the preceding quarter, and an impressive 511.89% YoY jump (up by ₹32.30 Crores) from ₹6.31 Crores reported in the same period last year. Additionally, the Board noted the planned redemptions of unlisted Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (OCRPS) amounting to ₹45.00 Crores due on 31st July, 2026, and ₹78.75 Crores due on 16th September, 2026, totaling ₹123.75 Crores.
